Step-by-step

  1. 1

    Open Policies

You'll see the 12 pre-drafted policies. Each is marked Draft, In Review, or Approved.

    Open Policies
  2. 2

    Edit and brand

Open a policy in the editor. Your workspace brand (logo, colours, footer) is applied automatically to every export.

  3. 3

    Send for approval

Click Send for approval. Pick approvers — the app tracks who approved, when, and with what comment.

  4. 4

    Distribute for acknowledgement

Once approved, send to staff for read-and-acknowledge. Each recipient gets a unique link; the audit trail records the timestamp.

  5. 5

    Schedule review

Every policy has a review date. When it approaches, the owner is notified and the policy status returns to Review.

What corporate buyers look for
  • "Can you share your Information Security Policy?"
  • "How do you evidence that staff have read and accepted key policies?"
  • "How often are policies reviewed and by whom?"

What this workflow produces: The policy pack export plus the acknowledgement report is enough for most vendor onboarding packs.

FAQ

Can I bring my own policies?

Yes. Import Markdown or Word — the editor preserves structure. Set review dates and you're covered.

What about versioning?

Every save creates a version. You can diff and roll back at any time — auditors can see the full history.
