Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all ISO-STANDARD.app subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Payments for ISO-STANDARD.app are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
  • Email us at support@iso-standard.app with your order reference and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card provider.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — submit a refund request within the 30-day window if you would like your most recent payment refunded.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are also covered by the 30-day window from the renewal charge date. If you forget to cancel before renewal, request a refund within 30 days and we will process it.

Exceptions

Refund requests received after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, particularly where there is a documented service incident on our side. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us or Paddle may delay your refund — please reach out so we can resolve it directly.
